The waiting room keeps almost nothing.

This policy covers the public waiting room at reelregards.com and limited invited sign-in testing. The private creation service is not publicly available here.

What this site stores

The Call the Cues game stores only your best score in this browser using local storage. The score is not uploaded to ReelRegards, does not identify you, and can be removed by clearing this site's browser data.

What this site does not collect

This waiting room has no account, analytics, advertising tracker, checkout, payment form, photo upload, customer database, or order form. It does not collect a name, postal address, payment details, reference image, creative message, or video.

If you email us

If you choose to email customer care, ReelRegards receives the address, message, and any information you voluntarily include. It is used to answer the request and maintain necessary support records. Please do not send sensitive payment, identity, or private creative material by email.

Invited Google or Facebook sign-in

During private, invitation-only testing, you may choose to sign in with Google or Facebook. ReelRegards may receive the provider account ID, name, email address, and profile image that the provider makes available for sign-in. We use that information only to authenticate you, maintain your invited account, and provide support. ReelRegards does not receive your Google or Facebook password and does not post to your social account.

Delete account or sign-in data

You may request deletion of eligible account and sign-in data by following the instructions on our data deletion page.

When ordering opens

The future private order flow will provide additional notice before it collects account, payment, consent, reference-media, or order information. Customer media will not be sold. A customer will be able to review the applicable privacy and retention terms before checkout.
