When paid ordering opens
The checkout will show the total price and included service before payment. If ReelRegards cannot deliver a usable movie after its included technical retries, the paid order will be eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
Duplicate and incorrect charges
A confirmed duplicate or incorrect ReelRegards charge will be corrected or refunded. Bank and card-issuer posting times begin after the payment processor accepts the refund.
Custom work and revisions
Personalized digital work is created for one customer. Included revisions and any limits on change-of-mind refunds will be stated clearly for the selected edition before checkout. Nothing in the final policy will limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
